I started the program on May 4, 2009. I weighed 150.8 lbs.
Today I weigh 137.2 lbs. My total weight loss in a little over 7 months is 13.6 lbs. I think that’s pretty good.
WORKOUT REPORT: Today I walked to and from class, a 40 min walk. I also ran/walk (running at a 12 min per mile pace) on the treadmill after work for 40 min.
